Personal Injury Case Manager

Full job description:

Location: Seattle, WA / Tacoma, WA (On-site/Hybrid)
Compensation: $30-$38 DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday: 9am-5pm

Dubin Law Group is seeking a dedicated Legal Case Manager to oversee pre-litigation personal injury cases. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring cases progress efficiently while maintaining strong communication with attorneys, insurance carriers, and medical providers. This role offers hands-on case management experience and clear growth opportunities into senior or leadership positions within the firm.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout their case
• Coordinate with insurance companies, medical providers, and subrogation vendors
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, balances, and liens
• Manage tasks, case phases, and documentation in Filevine
• Monitor reports to ensure timelines, KPIs, and case progression are met
• Conduct research and analysis of case documents and information
• Prepare detailed reports and summaries for attorneys
• Delegate tasks to Legal Assistants as needed
• Stay current on personal injury laws and pre-litigation processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years handling personal injury pre-litigation cases
• Strong time management, communication, and client service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Compassion, empathy, and professionalism with clients
• Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Filevine or other case management software preferred
• Team-oriented with adaptability to shifting priorities
