Law Offices of Kim, Au & Associates is a growing and client-focused personal injury law firm dedicated to delivering outstanding results and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team in-office.

The ideal candidate must have experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement and be comfortable managing a high-volume caseload while maintaining strong communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.

Upon hire and completion of training, responsibilities will include:

• Confirming insurance coverage and liability
• Negotiating property damage claims
• Coordinating client medical treatment
• Reviewing and assisting with demand packages
• Daily communication with insurance adjusters
• Providing clients with regular case updates
• Managing case files from intake through settlement
• Assisting attorneys and negotiators with case development
• Maintaining organized and accurate case notes and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of personal injury case management experience
• Experience handling pre-litigation personal injury matters
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience using Filevine case management software
