Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical to ensure clients receive timely medical treatment, accurate case documentation, and seamless coordination between providers, attorneys, and internal staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary medical coordinator for assigned clients
· Schedule and manage client medical treatment, including referrals and follow-ups
· Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding treatment status and case progress
· Request, review, and accurately input medical records and medical bills
· Track treatment timelines and ensure continuity of care
· Assist with medical bill reductions, liens, and subrogation matters
· Coordinate with attorneys to support demand preparation and case valuation
· Ensure case files are complete, organized, and up to date in the case management system
· Perform other standard personal injury case management duties as needed
Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager (required)
· Strong understanding of personal injury workflows, medical treatment processes, and documentation
· Experience working with medical providers, records requests, and billing departments
· Familiarity with medical liens and reduction negotiations preferred
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with PI case management software is a plus
