Case Manager – Personal Injury

$20.00/hour and up, based on experience

The Accident Guys is an established and growing personal injury law firm representing clients across Nevada, California, Arizona, and Washington. We are currently seeking experienced Case Managers to join our expanding Personal Injury team.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping injured clients navigate the claims process, and has a strong background managing personal injury cases. We are looking for professionals who are organized, compassionate, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of Personal Injury Case Management experience required
• Strong communication, grammar, and customer service skills
• Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail
• Genuine desire to help individuals who have been injured in accidents
• Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills

What You'll Do

• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and repair facilities
• Schedule medical treatment appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs
• Manage a caseload of 100+ active files with efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain consistent communication and updates with clients throughout the life of their case
• Ensure case files are properly documented and organized
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through every stage of the claims process

Note: Our Case Managers do not prepare demands or collect medical records for demand preparation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Personal Injury Case Management experience required
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating with empathy and professionalism
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Seeking a long-term career opportunity with growth potential
• Must be able to work in-office and on Apple devices (we are a paperless, Mac-based firm)
