Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and empathetic Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a caseload from intake through resolution, ensuring all aspects of the case are progressing timely and that clients are informed and cared for throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage a docket of 50–100+ active personal injury cases.
· Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, adjusters, and attorneys.
· Assist with case intake and client onboarding, including gathering initial facts and documents.
· Coordinate medical treatment for clients and track medical progress.
· Collect, organize, and summarize medical records and bills.
· Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines, statutes, and follow-ups are met.
· Prepare demand packages for attorney review and submission to insurance companies.
· Assist in settlement negotiations, disbursements, and lien resolution.
· Maintain up-to-date and accurate file notes and documentation in the case management system.
· Support attorneys with trial preparation, mediation, and arbitration as needed.
Qualifications
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
· Extremely high attention to detail and a proactive approach to case flow management.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Empathy and professionalism in all client interactions.
· Minimum 2 years of experience as a case manager in a personal injury law firm preferred.
· Strong understanding of California personal injury law and procedure preferred.
· Experience using case management software, Casepeer, is a strong plus.
· Customer service experience is a strong plus.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
