Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior personal injury experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a caseload from intake through settlement. You will serve as one of the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys.

Personal Injury Case Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Screen new potential clients and collect documents
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and support throughout their case.
• Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, and liens.
• Work closely with medical providers and ensure proper documentation is obtained.
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters regarding medical specials and case values.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation.
• Track case progress and deadlines to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed.

Qualifications for Personal Injury Case Manager:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a case manager in personal injury law (required).
• Strong knowledge of personal injury claims, medical terminology, and insurance processes.
• Familiarity with legal research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Compassionate and client-focused demeanor.
• Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
