Megeredchian Law is an established personal injury law firm based in Burbank, California. We help injured clients through difficult times and are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our Pre-Litigation team.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage a caseload, communicate confidently with clients, and keep cases moving efficiently from intake through settlement preparation.

This is not an entry-level role. Fluency in Spanish or Armenian is required for client communication.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the case lifecycle
• Conduct detailed client interviews and provide regular case updates
• Coordinate and monitor medical treatment with providers
• Manage property damage claims from start through resolution
• Obtain and review medical records, billing, and related documents
• Maintain organized and accurate case notes in the case management system
• Track case progress and proactively resolve delays
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical offices
• Help prepare files for demand and settlement progression

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 1 year personal injury case management experience
• Ability to independently manage a pre-litigation caseload
• Fluent in Spanish or Armenian
• Strong knowledge of personal injury claims process
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Professional phone etiquette

Preferred:

• CASEpeer experience
• Filevine or other case management software experience
• Strong medical terminology knowledge

Compensation

$26.00 – $32.00 per hour depending on experience, bilingual fluency, and ability to independently manage files.
