We are looking for an experience case manager in the personal injury industry.

Candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have a great work ethic and provide excellent customer service to our clients. Candidate must be detailed oriented, highly organized & willing to learn. Bilingual is a must.

Responsibilities:

Intake of new clients

Prepare documents (LOR, LOP)

Sending correspondence to insurance companies

Verifying insurance coverages

Continuously communicate with clients and medical providers to ensure proper treatment.

General assignments/tasks

Maintain litigation files

Back-up receptionist

Skills/Experience:

Personal injury law: 1 year (Required)

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person and email

Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical-thinking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual a must
