You’ll manage intake and case flow, keep attorneys organized, and deliver great client service in a busy office.
What you’ll do:
- Answer multiline phones and route calls
- Do initial client intake and document facts
- Greet visitors; schedule and manage calendars
- Request and organize medical records and case docs
- Handle scanning, mailing, and file management
- Support attorneys and legal assistants as needed
Must have qualifications:
- 1+ year in a personal injury law firm (case management, intake, or legal assistant)
- Comfortable with legal calendaring and document management
- Clear communication, attention to detail, reliable follow through
Nice to have:
- Experience with property damage workflows and medical records
- College? Level coursework or a degree
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Work location and schedule
- Onsite in Encino, CA, Monday–Friday (business hours)
