Personal Injury Case Manager

Ceja Law Firm is growing its personal injury practice and is hiring a highly organized, reliable case manager to take ownership of cases and help bring structure to a growing PI operation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who stays on top of details, follows through consistently, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through demand
• Fluency in Spanish and English (required) – most of our clients are Spanish-speaking
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date case status at all times
• Track client treatment and follow up regularly
• Order and organize medical records and bills
• Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters
• Identify issues early (gaps in treatment, missing records, delays)
• Assist in preparing demand packages
• Work within Clio to manage cases, tasks, and deadlines
• Contribute to improving and refining internal case management processes

Requirements

• Prior experience in plaintiff personal injury (required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases at once without things slipping
• Proactive communication and follow-up
• Ability to take ownership of cases and responsibilities

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience with Clio or similar case management software
• Interest in helping improve workflows and processes
• Some exposure to litigation

Location
2190 W Loop N, Houston, TX (currently located near Greenway Plaza; relocating in the coming weeks)

Compensation

$70,000 – $90,000 depending on experience and ability to manage cases independently.

Performance-based bonus available based on case progression, organization, and overall contribution to the personal injury practice.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
