Megeredchian Law is an established plaintiff personal injury law firm based in Burbank, California, representing injured clients in motor vehicle accident, auto accident, and bodily injury cases. We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Demand Writer to join our growing litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can independently prepare persuasive settlement demand letters, review medical records, and help maximize case value on pre-litigation personal injury claims.8

Key Responsibilities

• Draft persuasive, well-supported personal injury settlement demand letters to insurance carriers.
• Review medical records, billing, treatment summaries, police reports, and supporting documentation.
• Identify injuries, diagnoses, and treatment using proper medical terminology.
• Calculate and present economic damages (medical bills, lost wages, property damage) and non-economic damages (pain and suffering).
• Clearly summarize liability, causation, and damages in each demand package.
• Communicate with case managers and attorneys to ensure all demands are complete, accurate, and timely.
• Maintain organized case notes and status updates in the case management system (e.g., CASEpeer, Filevine).
• Help move personal injury files efficiently toward settlement and resolution.

QualificationsRequired:

• Prior experience drafting personal injury demand letters (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Strong knowledge of personal injury claims, bodily injury coverage, and damages.
• Ability to manage multiple personal injury files independently in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent legal writing, grammar, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organization, time-management, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency using computers and case management or CRM systems.

Preferred:

• Experience with CASEpeer.
• Experience with Filevine.
• Spanish bilingual (written and/or verbal) skills.
• Prior experience working in a personal injury law firm or insurance defense handling bodily injury claims.
