Our fast-growing, highly respected personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Intake Specialist who understands that every call matters. You will play a pivotal role in the firm’s success as the first impression for prospective clients — combining compassion, urgency, and persuasive communication to convert qualified leads into signed cases.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients via phone and other communication channels
• Conduct detailed intake interviews and gather relevant case information
• Evaluate potential personal injury claims and communicate next steps clearly
• Confidently convert leads into signed clients
• Manage high call volume while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation in the firm’s case management system
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients to ensure timely retention

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Prior intake experience at a personal injury law firm (required)
• Proven ability to close and secure client sign-ups
• Strong sales and client conversion skills
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Strong follow-up skills and sense of urgency
