Duties

• Conduct thorough interviews with prospective clients to gather detailed information about their personal injury cases, including accident details, injury descriptions, and relevant documentation.
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette and organizational skills.
• Utilize legal case management software and document management systems such as CASEpeer.
• Review and organize legal documents, medical records, and evidence related to personal injury claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with attorneys to evaluate case viability by conducting legal research on relevant statutes, precedents, and regulations related to personal injury law.
• Assist in preparing initial legal documents, correspondence, and reports while ensuring proper proofreading and transcription accuracy.
• Maintain meticulous records of client communications, case progress, and follow-up actions in compliance with firm procedures.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document review, and scheduling appointments or consultations for attorneys.

Experience

• Excellent organizational skills combined with attention to detail ensure accurate document review and data entry.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly through interviewing clients and managing phone etiquette effectively.
