Personal Injury Intake Specialist (Bilingual Spanish) – $22–$28/hr + Benefits – Burbank, CA

Pay: $22.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience, communication skills, and personal injury background)
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday, in-office
Location: Burbank, CA (reliable commute required)

An established personal injury law firm in Burbank is hiring a Bilingual Spanish Personal Injury Intake Specialist to handle new client calls and convert qualified leads into signed clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people after an accident and is comfortable on the phone in a fast-paced, intake/call-center/sales environment.

Candidates with personal injury intake, legal intake, call center, customer service, or phone sales experience are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls from potential new clients in Spanish and English
• Gather accident details: facts of the incident, injuries, treatment, and insurance information
• Qualify leads based on firm criteria and clearly explain the sign-up process
• Send and follow up on retainer agreements to convert qualified leads into clients
• Follow up with warm leads via phone, text, and/or email to close open opportunities
• Enter accurate, detailed notes into the case management system (e.g., CASEpeer or similar software)
• Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure new clients are smoothly onboarded

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Strong phone communication skills and professional phone presence
• Comfortable handling objections, asking questions, and following up with leads
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple calls and tasks at once
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in an in-office environment

Preferred Experience

• Personal injury law firm intake experience
• Experience signing retainers or handling legal/medical intake
• Sales, closing, or call center background (high-volume phone work)
• Experience with CASEpeer or similar legal case management software
