Personal Injury Intake Specialist – Multiple Shifts (Day, Midday & Evening)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, empathetic, and highly organized Intake Specialist to join our team during non-traditional hours. This role is the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for gathering essential case information, providing reassurance, and setting the tone for the client relationship.

Shifts available:

Full-Time (Monday–Friday):

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Part-Time Evening Shifts:

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (availability up to 7 days per week)

Weekend Part-Time Opportunities:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients.
• Collect and enter accurate information regarding accidents, injuries, and circumstances.
• Use firm software (Lead Docket/Clio Manage or similar) to document and track leads.
• File claims, order police reports and records as needed.
• Evaluate urgency of cases and escalate appropriately to attorneys or case managers.
• Provide compassionate, professional communication to clients who may be in distress.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to law firm protocols.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a law firm intake department, call center, customer service, or healthcare intake preferred (personal injury experience a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning case management software.
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional in high-stress situations.
• Availability to work evenings, overnights, and weekends as scheduled.
