Personal Injury Intake Specialist Team Lead

Position Summary:

The Intake Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily intake operations, mentoring

team members, and ensuring that potential clients receive excellent service from the first point of contact. This role is ideal for someone with prior intake experience in a personal injury law firm who is passionate about helping others, enjoys working collaboratively, and is eager to expand their skills.

This is an in-person, full-time role at our Century City office location. We are located at: 10700 Santa Monica Blvd., Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90025

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support Intake Specialists to ensure high performance and adherence to protocols set forth by the Supervising Intake Attorney; Act as a liaison between Intake and the Supervising Intake Attorney to streamline case initiation; Conduct quality control checks on client communication; Assist with training and onboarding of new Intake team members; Handle escalated or complex calls with empathy and professionalism; Continuously review and improve intake procedures with the Supervising Intake Attorney.

Qualifications:

- Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) – Required

- Prior intake experience in a personal injury law firm – Required

- Upbeat, positive attitude, and team-player - Required

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proven leadership ability or a desire to step into a leadership role

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

- Eagerness to learn and expand knowledge in personal injury law

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
