We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our Dallas team. This position is perfect for attorneys with 1+ years of pre-suit personal injury experience who are eager to grow as legal professionals, have a passion for justice, and a drive to excel in Personal Injury Law.

Entry-level with no experience accepted. Bilingual, English/Spanish, preferred but NOT required. You will work alongside a dynamic and experienced team of Attorneys and have local and remote support staff.

Compensation:

$100,000 – $120,000 Base Salary + Comm on settled litigation cases, and commensurate based on experience. Attorneys with a portable case load already in place will receive preferential consideration. Bar Dues and CLEs provided by the law firm, and a commission on any case brought into our firm for any area of law that we handle.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with our clients to understand the extent of their injuries, negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel, and represent our clients in court. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability claims, and wrongful death cases. Drafting and responding to discovery, drafting motions and motion responses, legal research, and legal writing. Work with experts from various medical and other disciplines assist with report drafting, deposition preparation, etc.

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. 1+ years of experience pre-suit and litigating personal injury preferred. Experience drafting and responding to motions. Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence. Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills. Great attorney work ethic.
