Personal Injury Law Firm legal assistant

Downtown Personal Injury law firm in search of legal assistant to do personal injury litigation work.
Job Requirements: Minimum of Two years legal experience working in busy law office environment and customer service. Must have strong phone skills and computer skills and the ability to learn software applications quickly (Experience with Word preferred). Careful attention to detail is critical.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to effectively prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate must consistently follow through and follow-up on tasks, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and a self-starter, be productive and must be 100% committed to providing top-notch service to our clients.
Fluent in both English and Spanish is welcomed but not mandatory.
Hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. through 5:30 a.m. Salary commensurate with experience, but likely to start at $45,000 per year plus bonuses. This position may lead to an increase in pay with growth as well.
