Personal Injury Legal Intake Specialist - Bilingual

Our law office is growing fast, and we’re searching for a full-time bilingual (Spanish) legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential cases. Compensation:

$21 - $23 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • The qualified candidate is a multitasker and is expected to enter data into the technical system while simultaneously conducting telephone conversations with outside parties.
  • Possesses excellent phone etiquette when receiving client inquiries.
  • Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner.
  • Able to sit for prolonged periods of time as an essential function of this position.
  • Can work both collaboratively and independently with little oversight.
  • Proven experience in a sales-driven environment, with a strong track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Experience with Lead Docket and Filevine is a strong plus.
  • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files

Qualifications:
  • Prior intake/call center experience required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Previous personal injury legal experience highly valued.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
  • Possesses outstanding communication skills and a sense of empathy.
  • Sales or customer service experience is highly valued.
  • CRM and case management software experience is a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency.
