Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement, with strong negotiation and courtroom skills. You’ll work closely with clients, paralegals, and other attorneys to deliver exceptional results and uphold the firm’s reputation for client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of litigation for personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, etc.
• Manage a caseload from pre-suit through trial
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
• Evaluate claims, determine case strategy, and negotiate settlements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and depositions.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active New Jersey Bar license in good standing (New York Bar a plus).
• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Highly organized and able to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently.
