Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury cases.
• Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests with strong legal drafting skills.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while advocating for their best interests.
• Manage case files efficiently and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings.
• Engage in client consultations to assess their needs and provide informed legal advice.
• Participate in court hearings and trials as required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• 3+ years experience in personal injury litigation with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements.
• Strong writing skills for effective legal drafting and documentation.
• Proficiency in legal research.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
