What the day looks like:

You’re the client’s first point of contact. You’ll answer client questions, actively provide updates, offer guidance through medical treatment, review records, liaise with experts, and more.

While we have the processes to ensure you are supported at every stage, you won’t just be taking orders. Your job is to think critically and keep cases moving for a wide spectrum of clients.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury or a similar field is preferred but not required (additional experience working in pre-litigation is a plus.)
• Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Organized, decisive & able to handle a high volume of work.

Please note: This position requires two full weeks of in-person onboarding in Durham, NC, held Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, beginning October 27th. Onboarding will take place in our training room alongside other new hires, offering a collaborative and engaging start to your journey with us. Remote onboarding will not be allowed. For out of town hires, travel will be reimbursed on your first firm payroll. Remote or hybrid work will only be considered after meeting consistent performance goals.
