Personal Injury Paralegal

Position Overview
We are seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal with a minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing personal injury case files from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury case management
• Conduct client intake and maintain regular communication with clients
• Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
• Draft correspondence, demands, and legal documents
• Prepare and organize litigation documents, discovery responses, and filings
• Calendar deadlines, court dates, and reminders
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and experts
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date case files in the firm’s case management system

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a personal injury paralegal (required)
• Knowledge of personal injury processes, terminology, and documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with case management software (preferred)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
