Personal Injury Paralegal / Case Manager (Plaintiff Side)

What You’ll Do

You will help manage cases and move them forward:

• Know how to Run pre-lit PI cases start to finish (intake → treatment → demand → settlement→ litigation→disbursal)
• Stay on top of treatment progression (MRIs, specialists, gaps, compliance)
• Order, track, and audit records/bills (and catch errors others miss)
• Build clean, organized demand packages that get attention
• Communicate with adjusters, providers, and lien holders with confidence
• Reduce liens and maximize client net recovery
• Keep Filevine fully updated (notes, tasks, contacts — no loose ends)
• Handle client communication proactively (clients should never wonder what’s happening)
• Assist with litigation support when needed (discovery, disclosures, deadlines)

Requirements

• Personal injury experience REQUIRED (no exceptions)
• Experience with Filevine or similar case management software
• Strong understanding of medical records, billing, and liens
• Spanish-speaking preferred (highly valued)
• Ability to work in-office (Salt Lake City)

Compensation

• $20–$50+/hour depending on experience
