What You’ll Do
You will help manage cases and move them forward:
- Know how to Run pre-lit PI cases start to finish (intake → treatment → demand → settlement→ litigation→disbursal)
- Stay on top of treatment progression (MRIs, specialists, gaps, compliance)
- Order, track, and audit records/bills (and catch errors others miss)
- Build clean, organized demand packages that get attention
- Communicate with adjusters, providers, and lien holders with confidence
- Reduce liens and maximize client net recovery
- Keep Filevine fully updated (notes, tasks, contacts — no loose ends)
- Handle client communication proactively (clients should never wonder what’s happening)
- Assist with litigation support when needed (discovery, disclosures, deadlines)

Requirements
- Personal injury experience REQUIRED (no exceptions)
- Experience with Filevine or similar case management software
- Strong understanding of medical records, billing, and liens
- Spanish-speaking preferred (highly valued)
- Ability to work in-office (Salt Lake City)
Compensation
- $20–$50+/hour depending on experience
