Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement documents
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
• Review and summarize medical records and prepare medical-legal correspondence
• Schedule expert evaluations and track medical treatment
• Maintain case management systems and track important deadlines
• Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in New Jersey personal injury law (petitioner or respondent)
• Strong knowledge of personal injury procedures and court filing requirements
• Experience reviewing and organizing medical records
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $52,096.12 - $62,739.41 per year
