Personal Injury (PI) Case Manager

Overview
We are growing and seeking an experienced and motivated Case Manager to expand our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through demand.
• Evaluate cases for potential value, liability, and damages.
• Schedule and monitor medical treatment to determine when cases are ready for demand.
• Maintain detailed and accurate case files and notes.
• Provide regular case updates to clients, explain treatment protocols, and answer questions throughout the process.
• Gather and organize relevant documentation such as medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
• Open claims with insurance companies, request medpay, request health insurance liens.
• Assist clients with property damage claims.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in personal injury (in a case manager role preferred)
• Solid understanding of personal injury and terminology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize to effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
