Personal Injury Sales Associate

This role in a specialty pharmacy focuses on Letters of Protection (LOP, injury cases) business, coordinating injury and accident cases with doctors and personal injury lawyers. It targets a young, energetic - with 3 years of sales experience, high energy and team spirit—or candidates with 5 years in pharmacy sales, coordination, plus bonus if you have a specialty pharmacy sales background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Personal Injury lawyers and Doctors for patient meds.
  • Promote Pharmacy to injury doctors and attorneys, handle issues, and be a trusted liaison.
  • Provide upbeat patient support: Educate on treatments, motivate adherence, and build trust through energetic communication.
  • Drive growth: Meet sales targets via relationship-building, and persistent follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications/Category Preferred/Traits/ Education

Recent college grad (health sciences, business, pre-pharmacy preferred); high school diploma minimum.

Experience: 3-5 years in pharmacy/medical sales, or LOP sales exp is ideal; 3+ years specialty pharmacy sales a strong plus.

Skills: High-energy/personable (cheerleader vibe translates to sales hustle), communication, negotiation, MS Office/pharmacy software proficiency; medical terminology basics.

Sales-experienced candidates excel at provider pitching; cheerleaders bring transferable motivation and positivity, with full training on LOP/sales processes for quick ramp-up

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
