Personal Injury - Scheduler (Bilingual – Spanish Required)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and bilingual (Spanish-speaking required) Scheduler to join our team in Century City. This role plays a key part in coordinating care for personal injury patients, ensuring smooth scheduling, proper documentation, and an excellent patient experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong knowledge of personal injury workflows, lien cases, and multi-specialty scheduling.

Note: This position is primarily based in Century City, with one travel day per week to our South Bay location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments with a focus on personal injury cases
• Coordinate complex scheduling needs, including initial evaluations, follow-ups, and procedures
• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish with patients, attorneys, and staff
• Verify insurance eligibility when applicable and manage lien-based cases and documentation
• Handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain and update patient records within the EMR/EHR system
• Assist with patient intake and ensure all required personal injury documentation is completed
• Coordinate with legal offices and providers regarding treatment plans and scheduling
• Optimize provider schedules to ensure efficient patient flow and maximize productivity

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Minimum 2+ years of medical scheduling experience (personal injury experience highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of lien cases, documentation, and PI workflows
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Willingness to travel to South Bay location once per week

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
