What you’ll do

• Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial, ensuring their rights are protected.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw to build strong cases.
• Draft compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to gather evidence and strengthen case arguments.
• Manage case files and maintain organized records within the law office environment.
• Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and relevant regulations to ensure compliance and effective representation.

Basic qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in personal injury litigation or a related field.
• Must have 1-3 years of personal injury litigation experience

Pay: $250,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
