The Opportunity
As a Personal Insurance Producer, you’ll help grow our personal lines business by bringing in new clients and building lasting relationships. This is a sales-focused role where initiative, consistency, and performance drive success.

It’s a great fit for someone with a sales background looking to break into insurance—or for an insurance professional ready to take on a more dynamic, growth-focused position. You’ll work closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams to deliver thoughtful, tailored insurance solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and build a pipeline through outreach, referrals, and community involvement
  • Sell personal lines products (auto, home, umbrella) using a consultative approach
  • Recommend coverage based on client needs and clearly explain options
  • Manage your sales pipeline and work toward individual goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology
  • WA Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
  • At least 1 year in a customer-facing or sales role

Preferred

  • Insurance experience or familiarity with high-value accounts
  • Experience with agency systems or quoting tools

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
