Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager who will be responsible for servicing a book of personal lines business to join Eaton & Berube Insurance in Nashua, NH.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Duties

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or sales inquiries

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times

- Collaborate with the sales team to promote products or services

- Assist in processing orders and managing customer accounts

Experience

- NH P&C Insurance License Required

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly

- Familiarity with basic sales principles is advantageous

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Hours are Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
