We are seeking a GREAT Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a great ability to deal with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, in a positive and friendly way. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish or in other languages, are encouraged to apply.
Duties
- Provide exceptional Customer Service!
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including preparing proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Negotiate with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Collaborate with internal Agency team to ensure great service delivery and client satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong background in retail sales or outside sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
