Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions
• Market and quote new and renewal business
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters
• Provide exceptional customer service and account support
• Help clients understand coverage options and insurance solutions

Qualifications

• Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Insurance agency experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $42,000–$45,000 based on experience *PLUS Productivity-based bonus opportunities***
