We are looking for a Licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Agent to join our team that is experienced with personal lines business. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones and greeting clients, servicing and maintaining carriers' portals, taking payments, responding to customer inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 440/220 License desired but not necessary for the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner
• Prioritize daily workload
• Resolve customer concerns in a caring and empathetic manner
• Able to deal with confidential information and handle processing payments
• Process forms, applications and notate in appropriate platform
• Attention to detail a must
• Maintain customer records alongside agent of record
• Follow up on scheduled tasks within online management system
• Able to identify and escalate priority issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
