Are you a licensed Property & Casualty professional who enjoys both building relationships and driving new business? We're seeking a motivated Personal Lines Producer / Account Manager to join our growing team.

This hybrid role combines account management, client retention, and insurance sales, providing the opportunity to build strong client relationships while generating new revenue through referrals, inbound leads, cross-selling, and relationship development.

You'll have access to agency-generated leads, a large existing client base with significant cross-selling opportunities, and the ability to build long-term residual income through client retention and account growth.

The role consists of a 75% Sales and 25% Service split, with service responsibilities focused on new business

What You'll Do

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and service personal lines client accounts.
  • Conduct annual policy reviews and coverage consultations.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, renewals, and coverage recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong client retention.
  • Build trusted relationships that create long-term client loyalty.

Sales & Business Development

  • Convert agency-provided inbound leads into new business opportunities.
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
  • Cross-sell additional policies and coverage solutions to existing clients.
  • Present quotes, explain coverage options, and bind policies.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities to increase policies per household within the existing client base

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Minimum 2 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience.
  • Strong sales, prospecting, and closing abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Personal Lines insurance experience.
  • Experience working with agency management systems and carrier platforms.
  • Strong referral generation and networking skills.
  • Structured client onboarding and account transition experience.
