Are you a licensed Property & Casualty professional who enjoys both building relationships and driving new business? We're seeking a motivated Personal Lines Producer / Account Manager to join our growing team.
This hybrid role combines account management, client retention, and insurance sales, providing the opportunity to build strong client relationships while generating new revenue through referrals, inbound leads, cross-selling, and relationship development.
You'll have access to agency-generated leads, a large existing client base with significant cross-selling opportunities, and the ability to build long-term residual income through client retention and account growth.
The role consists of a 75% Sales and 25% Service split, with service responsibilities focused on new business
