A day in your life as a Personal Lines Risk Advisor:

• · Utilize our proprietary tech system that allows for increased quote and cross-selling capacity
• · Write new P&C business and cross-sell for maximum benefit
• · Cultivate new relationships through networking, cold-calling, and warm leads
• · Manage leads from referral sources such as mortgage, construction, and real estate partners
• · Manage relationships within the book of business
• · Coordinate with Account Managers as needed for service

What do you need to be successful?

• Outstanding communication skills and teamwork
• Confident, self-starter who works with a sense of urgency
• Bring a positive attitude to work each day
• P&C License is required
• 1 year of insurance experience is preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• · $45-50k (base salary) with performance-based increases

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
