Your Role: The Hunter
Your primary focus is to hunt and write new Personal Lines (Home & Auto) business. This role requires diligence, persistence, and a high volume of activity. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Generating Leads: Utilizing referral networks, local community marketing, and digital prospecting. We expect a high volume of activity to ensure a healthy, consistent pipeline of new households.
- Building Your Pipeline: You will focus on identifying "renewal dates" for prospects' current policies to set yourself up for future success. Our proven sales plan puts you on a fast track to exceptional earnings.
- Selling Personal Solutions: You will diagnose risk for individuals and families, providing custom packages for homes, vehicles, and personal liability.
Duties
- Engage in proactive sales efforts to identify and cultivate new personal insurance clients through networking and local outreach.
- Conduct thorough analysis of individual needs to recommend home, auto, and umbrella products that align with their family's budget and risk profile.
- Present and explain coverage options to secure optimal protection for clients while maintaining agency profitability.
- Utilize marketing strategies and outreach techniques to generate a consistent flow of leads and expand your local market presence.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and offering support throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the service team and carriers to ensure seamless policy issuance and renewals.

Requirements
- Licensing: A valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or high-volume customer service; insurance experience is a major plus.
