Personal Mentor & E-Commerce Executive (Full-Time)

We are seeking a smart, high-energy, and multi-talented Personal Mentor & E-Commerce Executive to join us in a unique, full-time dual role. This position splits time between providing dedicated personal development coaching for a young adult with global developmental delays and driving digital e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personal Development & Mentorship (1–2 Hours Daily)

• Daily Engagement: Spend dedicated time daily talking with Boy about his day, discussing his feelings, and building a trusted, supportive relationship.
• Real-World Coaching: Help expand his understanding of the world beyond video games. Actively motivate, inspire, and train him to adopt healthy daily routines and activities.
• Comprehension Support: Focus on building practical communication and life skills rather than traditional academic goals, helping him navigate daily tasks with confidence.

2. E-Commerce, Design & Administrative Operations (Full-Time Focus)

• Graphic Design (Canva): Research, source, and collect top-tier design inspirations. Use Canva to create high-quality, visually appealing graphics and digital assets for our brands.
• Shopify/WordPress Management: Manage daily Shopify/Wordpress operations, including product listings, updates, inventory coordination, and ensuring the backend runs smoothly.
• Daily Research & Tasks: Conduct market and product research, handle administrative tasks, and manage day-to-day business operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Personality: Highly motivated, exceptionally patient, smart, and capable of driving positive behavioral changes through encouragement.
• Design & Tech Skills: Strong proficiency in Canva (a sharp eye for clean, modern aesthetics is critical) and hands-on experience managing a Shopify store.
• Communication: Fluent, clear English communication skills. Ability to break down real-world concepts simply and engagingly.
• Organization: Excellent time-management skills to smoothly balance mentorship duties with fast-paced e-commerce responsibilities.
• Experience: Previous experience in tutoring, coaching, caregiving, digital marketing, or retail operations is a major advantage.
