Personal / Office Assistant

Are you an experienced, highly organized, and trustworthy professional who can support a busy family and business with day-to-day operations?

We’re hiring a Personal / Office Assistant to support the Bradley Family and our small business. This is NOT an entry-level role—we’re looking for someone who can take ownership, stay organized, and keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support

  • Email and calendar management
  • Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files
  • Handling incoming calls and general office coordination
  • Ensuring Ring cameras remain charged and operational
  • Managing inventory and timely Amazon restocking
  • Supporting onboarding (paperwork, benefits, 401k coordination)
  • Coordinating vendor communication, scheduling maintenance and repairs

Personal Assistant Support

  • Booking domestic and international travel
  • Running errands as needed
  • Managing personal scheduling and tasks
  • Coordinating events, appointments, and reminders

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Strong organizational and administrative support skills
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound communication
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in basic office software (Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred

  • Experience supporting a small business or family office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
  • Proficiency with Zoom and virtual communication tools
