We are a C-suite family — a CEO and CFO of a growing technology company in Irvine, California — looking for one trusted, self-directed individual to take complete ownership of our personal and household operations.

This role starts as a 90-day contract. Strong performers convert to full-time with salary growth, health insurance, and a genuine path forward.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

• Overseeing personal and household operations end to end
• Managing vendors, service providers, and property oversight
• Administrative and financial coordination
• Physical presence — hands-on, assertive, and dependable when the situation calls for it
• Domestic and international travel — solo and with the family

WHAT THIS ROLE DEMANDS

• Physical capability and hands-on availability
• No schedule restrictions — early mornings, late nights, weekends, and emergency availability
• Composure when dealing with difficult people and high-pressure situations
• Comfortable traveling solo domestically and internationally
• Valid passport, clean driving record, and spotless background

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are not looking for a specific industry. We are looking for a specific type of person. Someone who has operated at a high level in a demanding environment and is ready to bring that to one family exclusively.

Backgrounds that translate well:

• Butler or Private Household Manager
• Personal or Executive Assistant to a C-suite executive or family office
• Estate Manager
• Private Security or Executive Protection
• Yacht or Private Aviation Crew
• Luxury hospitality — concierge, guest relations, or operations
• Military or veteran background — any branch, honorably discharged

Experience: 3 to 7 years in any of the above

Passport: Valid — international travel required from early on

Driving: Clean California-compatible driving record

Mindset: Ownership mentality — gets it done without being reminded

Discretion: Non-negotiable. What happens in this role stays in this role. Always.

WHAT WE OFFER

Contract Rate: USD $55,000 – $65,000 annualized (90-day contract period)

Full-Time Conversion: USD $70,000 – $80,000 upon successful completion

Health Insurance: Included upon full-time conversion

Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per year + federal holidays (full-time)

Growth: Long-term path to Chief of Staff as trust and responsibility expand
