Job Title: Personal Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Organize and maintain appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and memos; ensure timely and professional responses.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and various office documents.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain both electronic and paper-based files and records.
  • Research: Conduct research and compile information for reports and ongoing projects.
  • Office Coordination: Collaborate with staff, clients, and vendors for smooth daily operations.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple assignments efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (a degree in Business Administration or related field preferred).
  • Experience: Prior experience as a secretary or in an administrative role preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
