Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. Arabic language proficiency is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Handle correspondence including emails, calls, and official documents
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and bookings
  • Maintain office filing systems and documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Provide personal assistance and support as required
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience working in a corporate or fast-paced environment
