Key Responsibilities:
Personal Secretary to the Founding Partner:
- Manage the Founding Partner’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and legal documents with discretion.
- Draft, format, and proofread letters, notices, and internal communications.
- Maintain organized records and files related to the Partner’s work and firms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Partner.
- Track matters, follow-ups, and deadlines as required.
Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, appointments, and visitor records.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming reception environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant secretarial or administrative certification is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Well-presented and client-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
