We are hiring a high-presence Personal Secretary to work in direct, close coordination with the Country Director.

This role is for someone who is confident, highly presentable, bold and comfortable operating at the center of executive activity — in meetings, travel, and high-level environments.

Role Snapshot

• Work closely alongside the Country Director on daily basis
• Manage schedules, communication, and executive priorities
• Travel frequently for business engagements and meetings
• Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion
• Represent the Director’s office with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain a polished, well-groomed, executive appearance at all times
• Support meetings, presentations, and client interactions
