- Schedule management: Coordinate and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, and book travel.
- Communication: Handle and prioritize correspondence, screen calls, and act as a point of contact for the executive.
- Administrative tasks: Draft and proofread documents, take meeting minutes, and manage both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Meeting coordination: Prepare materials for meetings, such as agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Office management: Handle administrative duties, manage budgets or petty cash, and track expenses.
