Personal Secretary to Managing Director

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Secretary to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring the efficient handling of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Act as the first point of contact for the MD, handling calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion.

Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).

5 years of experience in Personal Secretary

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
