Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their specific shopping requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Source and purchase a wide variety of items, including groceries, clothing, household goods, and specialist gifts.
- Utilise your knowledge of local retail environments to find the best products and value for our clients.
- Manage shopping lists and client funds responsibly, providing clear and accurate receipts for all transactions.
- Ensure the timely and secure delivery of all purchased items directly to the client.
- Communicate professionally and proactively with clients, providing updates on their requests.
- Handle any necessary returns or exchanges efficiently and with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
