Personal Trainer

Duties:

Responsibilities:

  • Client Assessment: Conduct initial fitness assessments to understand clients' fitness levels, goals, and any health considerations.
  • Personalized Training Programs: Develop and implement customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs, considering fitness goals, health conditions, and preferences.
  • Instruction and Demonstration: Provide clear and effective instruction on proper exercise techniques, equipment usage, and ensure clients understand and follow safety protocols.
  • Motivation and Support: Encourage and motivate clients to stay committed to their fitness journey, providing positive reinforcement and support throughout sessions.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track clients' progress, adjusting workout plans accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Nutritional Guidance: Offer basic nutritional advice and guidance to complement clients' fitness routines.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing timely feedback.

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors
- General cleaning tasks and maintenance of the facility
- Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date
- Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
- Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with operating a multi-line phone system is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
- A positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to learn
- Desire to impact the lives of people in our local community, and assist with their personal health journeys
- Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
