We are now expanding into Bahrain, starting with home-based personal training services, before launching studio locations.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with the brand.

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated, professional personal trainers to deliver 1-to-1 home personal training sessions to clients across Bahrain.

This role is 100% commission-based, ideal for trainers who want flexibility, uncapped income, and long-term growth with a premium brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1-on-1 personal training sessions at clients’ homes
• Conduct basic fitness assessments and goal setting
• Design safe, effective training programs
• Maintain a professional image aligned with a premium brand
• Build strong client relationships to encourage long-term retention
• Follow Elevate’s coaching standards and systems

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer (international or local certification preferred)
• Minimum 1 year experience in personal training (home or gym-based)
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Ability to travel to clients’ locations
• Previous experience with commission-based or freelance work is a plus

Compensation

• Commission-based pay per session
• Uncapped earning potential
