Personal Vehicle Driver - FedEx Delivery - W2 Position

Job Summary
If you are a reliable driver looking for decent pay and a flexible schedule here in Utah County, we are hiring. STG Delivery is a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx and we need a few more good people to join the team.

You’ll pick up packages at the FedEx building in Vineyard between 9 and 11 in the morning, then make deliveries using your own vehicle in Springville, Spanish Fork, Mapleton, and Salem. Most of the stops are small residential packages, so things move pretty quick.

This is ideal for responsible, safety-focused individuals who take pride in excellent customer service and want a role where their effort directly impacts their paycheck.

Pay and Benefits:

• Drivers will earn a base pay of $120 daily and an additional $1 per delivery stop completed after 70 completed stops. Drivers average 100-150 stops per day. Many drivers are able to complete 30-40 stops per hour.
• Paid Weekly
• Felxible schedule but packages must be retrieved between 9-11 a.m. and be delivered by 8 p.m.

Driver requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old with a current driver's license that you’ve held for at least a year.
• Must have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Must pass background screen.
• Must have a smartphone and cell service.
• A drug test is required
• No DOT physical required.
• No commercial driving experience is necessary, but Lyft/Uber/Instacart experience is a plus.
• E-verify required.

Vehicle Requirements:

• Must have a large passenger type vehicle: SUV, van, or truck with a shell.
• Vehicle model year must be 2012 or newer.
• Vehicle must be in good condition (No damage, rust, stickers, decals, etc.)
• Vehicle must be registered to you and have proof of insurance. You will be responsible for ensuring that the vehicle remains insured, and that the insurance coverage is at the state minimum level. You may need to contact your insurance carrier and get inexpensive supplemental insurance.
